Bulky Beanies

These Bulky Beanies are handmade crocheted beanies made from Acrylic yarn.

They are perfect for keeping your head warmer than other beanies. They are also great for covering those bad hair days too 😊

Bulky refers to any yarn 10 ply and above or where two yarns of 8 ply yarn are used together. 

Any yarn that is not 100% Acrylic, there details will be placed below. 

Bulky Primo is a 12 ply yarn consisting of 80% Acrylic, 10% Wool, 5% Alpaca and 5% Viscose and made in Italy. Care Instructions: Machine wool wash 20°C. Do not tumble dry, bleach or iron.

Sizing: 

Measure your head circumference around the hair line or where you want the beanie to sit on the head.

Height measurements - half the length from one edge to the other or measure from the middle of an existing beanie to the edge. If beanie is too long you can roll it or fold it up to the desired length.

Child:  Head circumference - 43-52cm (17-20")                     Height - 18cm (7")

Teen /  Small Adult: Head circumference - 47-55cm (17-20")     Height - 19cm (7-8")

Adult: Head circumference - 53-56cm (21-22")                      Height - 20cm +

Large Adult: Head circumference - 57-62cm (23")                 Height - 20cm +

Big Hair - XLarge Adult: Head circumference - 64cm+           Height - 20 - 22cm +

Care instructions:
Hand wash using wool wash laundry detergent in either cold or warm water, or machine washing using a delicates bag.
